  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, minced
  • 2 Avocados, diced
  • 1 Mango, diced
  • 6 Sprigs Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced

Method

Combine all ingredients. Stir together, season with more salt or lime juice to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
