Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Rice Flour (We use Brown Rice Flour, either will work)
  • 1 Cup Potato Starch or Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Tapioca Starch
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Xanthan Gum
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
Method

Mix all ingredients together well.

Use in any of our gluten free treats or to make your own recipes delicious and gluten free.
